SUPERVISOR CORRECTIVE ACTION FORM
INTRODUCTION
This form is used when discussing corrective action with an employee in a supervisory position and contains a series of sample areas which needs to be covered during the discussion. It furthermore allows for a concrete action plan to be put in place and regulates matters such as follow up dates for discussion and more.
